For everyone else! I am still waiting on paperwork to make my new job official. I am telling you, it amazing how much things change and how much other things stay the same! I did do some signing of papers today and looked around the school. Not much to report.

You know what a group of women are like...there will always be a negative Nelley in the bunch, or two+ LOL.
Anyway, once they see how great you are with the kids, they will have to shut up and try to compete on your level! I am sure your kids have heard these, but:
I will be ready to teach when you are ready to listen, I will be working on _, when you are all ready, we will begin. I appreciate name and name, they know what to do... name, you are right on target, you remembered how to be a great student and skill here. researcher, listener, library assistant, etc. I need your eyes on me and voices off, before we begin our task, lesson, book.
Of course, non of this works at Blackburn, a whole different ball game. They earn points to buy things...I gave no points last week, but owe a few some. I will get onto this soon...pray. It's o.k. though. I choose the battles I can win. Read aloud a great book as only you can, that will reel them in, it always worked for me! ;-)
Hope kids are doing fine, nice hubby to stay home, he's a peach.
